Breed restrictions apply (e.g., German Shepherds, Akitas, Chow mixes, American Bulldogs, Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, wolf-dog hybrids, Pit Bull terriers, Presa Canario, and similar breeds or mixes over 50%). Pet fees: $50/month for the first pet and $25/month for the second pet. Maximum of 2 pets per unit.
