submitted by Dina H. - |Recommended: NoNew leasing staff and manager need improvement with addressing residents issues. — Over the past few weeks I have made several requests, to the rental office staff and the manager, for issues and or concerns I have to be addressed and NONE of them have been addressed.
submitted by Trong C. - |Recommended: NoA lot of problem come out after renew the lease — It's good place to live but some of staff office doesn't nice. They won't help you guys resolve the issue and explain you anything except tell you will call you back and never call back. Their attitude so bad. I missed old staff before.They much better than these people present here.

submitted by Paul O. - |Recommended: YesI love the apartment, but the new management is not great — The apartment is a great one. Very spacious. Great amenities. But, we have recently changed management teams. The old team was tremendous. The new team requires that everything be done online but the system doesn't work. I have always paid online, made maintenance requests online, even checked bulletins. I have been here since the summer of 2014, and have NEVER had a problem with the resident's page - until the management changed. I had to use a check for last months rent. And have had nothing but difficulties with electronically signing the lease documents. I am NOT unsavvy with tech. I use documents like these for my job. I have even created similar documents. But the new system is far from user friendly. And tasks important tasks that were once easy are now much more difficult than they should be.

submitted by LaShon G. - |Recommended: YesIt has gotten a little better — Its a lot of police activity. Its noisy, but a lot of the trouble residents are no longer here. The cleaning crew is suppose to clean the buildings daily but 1502 gets cleaned 1 time a week. And when it's cleaned a rushed job is done because our building is the last before they go home so it's often overlooked.

I explaining that I submitted the request 3 weeks ago and I want to know how long will it take to fix the issue, her response was “I don’t know cause I was not here 3 weeks ago”. What about responding, “ I am so sorry it has taken that long, I will submit and request and follow up to make sure it get done ASAP. Definitely not someone I would want representing my company.

I hardly ever hear any noise from outside or other apartments, and every community member i have interacted with has been so kind and respectful. This is home for me. also i don't quite understand the way the noise question was worded in relation to the stars rating so if it seems like i said it IS noisy here that was a mistake because it certainly is not

submitted by Katherine S. - |Recommended: NoFine — In general, this apartment complex is fine. I would only recommend this to someone who is looking for this specific location since it is affordable. However, I have had continuous issues with bugs since moving in - especially in public spaces such as the staircases. I have also had to deal with construction at the apartment next door for months on end without any notice or warning - especially during these trying times, when we have to be stuck inside and unable to go to an office for work. Also, be cautious that you will be able to hear ALL work being done outside of your apartment at all hours of the day. Sometimes this can be extremely annoying, especially since we're all inside all day. Keep in mind as well that many residents who live here work late evenings and have their car alarms go off late at night - you do not want to move here if you are a light sleeper. All in all, I think giving this complex a 3 5 is being extremely generous and I look forward to moving out when I am able to.
